Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Arusha to Tarangire

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a full day of game drives along the Tarangire River, famous for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Spot lions, leopards, zebras, giraffes, and over 500 bird species. Picnic lunch in the park. Late afternoon drive to your lodge.

Lake Eyasi Cultural Experience

Lake Eyasi

Full-day cultural experience at Lake Eyasi. Spend time with the Hadzabe bushmen, one of the last hunter-gatherer tribes in Africa. Learn about their traditional hunting techniques, foraging, and fire-making. Also visit the Datoga tribe, known for their blacksmithing skills. Return to your lodge in the evening.

Karatu to Serengeti National Park

Karatu to Serengeti

After breakfast, drive to the Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Highlands. Enjoy en-route game viewing as you approach the Serengeti ecosystem. Check into your camp and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Seronera Valley.

Full-Day Serengeti Game Drive

Serengeti National Park

Spend a full day exploring the vast Serengeti plains. Your guide will tailor the route based on seasonal wildlife movements, searching for the Big Five and the Great Migration (seasonal). Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush. Optional hot air balloon safari available at sunrise.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

Serengeti to Ngorongoro

Morning game drive en route to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive on the crater floor - home to dense wildlife including black rhinos, hippos, lions, and flamingos. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor. Ascend and transfer to your lodge on the crater rim.

Ngorongoro to Arusha, Fly to Zanzibar

After breakfast, drive back to Arusha. Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy lunch in Arusha before transferring to the airport for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival in Zanzibar, you will be met and transferred to your beach resort. Evening at leisure.

After breakfast, embark on a guided Spice Tour to learn about Zanzibar's famous spice plantations. Visit a spice farm where you can see, smell, and taste various spices including cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla. Afternoon visit to Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site, exploring its narrow streets, bustling markets, and historic buildings.
